Q: When will your next shop update be? 

A: We aim to update our shop on a rolling basis throughout the year. There will be two seasonal launches a year; Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. Each launch includes fresh jewelry designs inspired by the season, new wood products and seasonal items. Each launch will be announced via Instagram. Follow us @LNULA.shop to keep up to date with news and info.

 

Q: How long after I order will my item ship?

A: Orders ship within 5-7 business days. If you require express shipping options please email contact@lnula.com for available options. If you place a custom order, it could take up to 2-4 weeks. All communication, including timeframe of shipping will be communicated via contact@lnula.com.

 

Q: Will you ship outside the USA? 

A: Yes, if your country isn't listed when you check out please email contact@lnula.com and we will try to resolve the problem.

 

Q: Will you resize a ring listed?

A: No. The majority of our rings include a gemstone. Due to this, resizing puts damaging the gemstone at risk. We do our best to keep sizes US 5-9 in stock, if you do not see your range of sizes represented please let us know.

 

Q: Will you remake a one of a kind piece you made before? 

A: Most of our jewelry is made unique using one of a kind stones and can't be duplicated, however certain styles are often remade with new stone variations. 

 

Q: Can I return/exchange a vintage item

A: All vintage is sold "as is" and all sales are final. We do our best to accurately describe, size, shape, color, and condition so please take measurements and descriptions into consideration before purchasing. Questions about vintage pieces are always welcome.
